Thomas Thacker, the company's President, has been servicing and repairing trucks and chassis since he was old enough to hold a wrench. His childhood ambition was to be the best mechanic he could, and it has paid off well. He is now an ASE Certified Master Medium and Heavy Truck Technician, IICL Certified, IMACA Certified, Euclid Certified, and ESCO Certified. He is dedicated to the company and takes pleasure in making customers satisfied with our repair work.
Ralph Vincent, the company's operations manager, has been around truck and automotive repairs since he was a young boy; his father owned a repair shop, and it was his ambition to follow in his footsteps. He has been working in the automotive industry his entire life and is ASE Certified, IICL Certified, and ICAR Certified. He has taught many automotive estimating and repair classes. Ralph is also a dedicated employee who takes pride in keeping our customers happy as well as making sure we do the best work possible.
These two men lead the company's employees and teach dedication, great workmanship, and pride. Every one of our employees has perseverance, skill, and pride; it shows in the work they do.
